Our Signature Process

With every project, we guide you through a clear, collaborative design journey. From the first consultation to the final installation, we aim to deliver an experience as exquisite and enjoyable as the end result.

  • Our process begins with a complimentary discovery call. This initial conversation allows us to learn more about your project vision, timeline, and budget, while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions you may have. We’ll also walk you through how we work, and what to expect moving forward. It’s an important first step in creating a thoughtful, collaborative design experience.

  • Our journey continues with a paid in-home consultation, where we get to know you, your space, and your vision. Together, we explore possibilities and gather insights into your style, priorities, and practical needs.

    Please note:

    • Minimum construction budget: 250,000

    • Minimum furnishing budget: $100,000

    • Minimum new build budget: $1,000,000

    • $10,000 retainer to reserve our services

  • In this phase, we develop a cohesive design plan tailored to your preferences and lifestyle. From space planning to material sourcing, we work to create a space that feels just right. We incorporate elements that reflect your taste and work toward a design that flows naturally throughout your home.

  • Our design presentation is a comprehensive look at the proposed design for your space, featuring floor plans, color palettes, furniture options, and decor details. This stage allows you to visualize the completed project and make adjustments.

  • Once the design is finalized, we manage every detail of the installation and construction phases. Working closely with contractors, builders, and tradespeople, we oversee everything from scheduling to procurement to quality control, ensuring a smooth, efficient process.

  • After construction, we add the finishing touches that make your space feel complete. Our styling brings personality, warmth, and cohesion to your home, with thoughtful decor selections, art, and accessories. The reveal is an exciting culmination of the entire process, where your home comes to life.

From renovations to new builds, we handle every detail of making your dream home a reality. Services include space planning, 3D renderings, and expert coordination with trusted contractors.
